How long will it take to get my order?
On custom jersey orders for individual or bulk, items will need to be produced, so these generally take 3-4 weeks to receive your order.
In Stock Items ship immediately.
Are there Price Breaks when ordering in Bulk?
Yes. On jerseys orders over 50 units. Reach out to Info@pipe-9.com for pricing and design information.
All other items, can be discussed based on needs.
I need to design and order jerseys for a contest, where do I start?
Email Info@pipe-9.com and will have full design control of logo placement and size of the jerseys.
Why are your products so much cheaper?
There are a few reasons. To name a few, we have a small team of employees, we don’t have a marketing budge, we don’t work with distributors, we don’t use unnecessary packaging that will only be thrown away and we are sick of paying $60 for a traction pad when they should really only cost $35.
Are you responsibly sourced?
Yes. Even though we look for the same suppliers as the big brands, there are some that we do not use. We want to make sure we are fully responsibly sourced. We are thorough on sourcing requirements from RoHS and Fair Trade Certifications. Saving you $ does not mean sacrificing someone else’s quality of life.
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a process where the logo, design, color and any other information on the fabric is printed into the fabric rather than being pressed or sewn on.
Do you give back to the surf community?
Yes, we are very heavily involved in giving back to the local surf community. We currently sponsor ESA which has been giving back in the form of scholarships. We also volunteer our time to ensure charitable contests have the helping hands they need to function.
